The main problem of the crypto prediction markets is a lack of liquidity. We are aiming to solve that, by implementation of binary models of liquidity provision. As PROSPER is a short-term prediction market, the pools results are pretty much randomized.

At the moment of bet placing, each user may reserve some amount of PROS token in order to ensure his bet. The maximum amount of the reserved tokens equals 10% of the user bet amount. Each exact pool has own insurance fund.

At the moment of the reward distribution,
15% of the prize is taken to the pool insurance fund and distributed to users who lost their bets, but reserved PROS tokens for the insurance.

The distribution is linearly based on the amount of reserved tokens.

Custom pools

Unlike other prediction markets, PROSPER allows users to create their own pools by their own conditions. In order to create a custom pool, user need to hold some amount of PROS token on his wallet. Prediction creator can set his own custom fee rate.
